The Project Management (Expert) role is responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Single accountable to manage end to end project /program management within agreed time, scope and cost
- Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, include acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team member
- Risk, issue and change management - maintain mechanisms to manage change control, risks and issues within specific projects
- Excellent Cost Management (OP and daily project execution)
- Ensure correct levels of reporting of projects and program to stakeholders
- Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates and provider performance
- Ensure that recording and maintaining a project database containing all related information, (data, documents, reports etc.) takes place
- Bachelor's degree in computer statistic, science, business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of project management and related experience
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practice
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
