1. Performance and Exploration Initiatives Analysis
● Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from internal and external sources to answers
business questions
● Capture business requirements using various tool such as: surveys, interview, and group
discussion
● Assist in conducting evaluation of other functions against targets
● Distill insight and recommendation from the data and business performances to the internal users
2. Growth and Process Improvement Initiatives Identification & Execution
● Work closely with other relevant functions to identify opportunities for growth and process
improvement initiatives and daily operations
● Prepare and suggest detailed action plans, timelines for the initiatives
● Liaise with other teams in the execution of strategic projects or process improvement initiatives
● Define correction plans in the event of deviation from project plan
3. Monitoring Dashboard Creation & Maintenance
● Develop and track targets/ OKRs for the initiatives assigned
● Perform data conversions (within internal & external) to understand or make conclusions from
data for decision-making purposes
● Provide timely reporting and work with other functions to extract and present insights on
business performance to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Accounting, Communications, International Relations, Information System, and Computer Science, or related fields from a reputable university with good academic results is preferred
- Minimal 1 year of experience in market research, analysis & planning, business intelligence, or relevant functions
- Interest in technology and Web 3 development
- Experience in blockchain projects is a plus point
- Proactive and results-driven, able to meet tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with other parties
- Good project management and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- High proficiency in Excel
