- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications, including the timeline estimation.
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team.
- 6+ years total experience as an IT Architect/Tech Lead and prefer from ecommece background will be advantage.
- Strong passion for technology, programming and software development.

- Good experience in building large-scale mobile and web apps with APIs.
- Working knowledge of popular cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker and CI/CD.
- Expertise in at least three of these technologies: Java, Go, Flutter, JavaScript, PHP.
- Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.
