Bachelor's Degree of Psychology from reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experiences as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist.
Prefer having experience in handling massive recruitment.
Having experience as a Recruiter in a Development company will be a plus.
Self-Starter, High Initiative, and Very Motivated.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills, especially to talk, discuss and negotiate with various Culture.
Advanced Knowledge of effective hiring platforms and process that attract suitable applicants.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
Exceptional Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
Proficiency in documenting processes.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Tanggung Jawab
Creating and Developing Recruitment Plan and Strategy to ensure our teams consist of qualified individuals.
Familiar with Psychological Tools.
Determining Selection Criteria, Hiring Profiles and Job Requirements for Vacant Positions.
Using Various Methods to recruiting and networking with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Conducting Preliminary Interviews to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
Documenting Processes and Fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Employee on boarding Process.
Supporting other team members related to HR matters and branding.
Perform recruitment process (end-to-end), such as create job advertisement, shorlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving psychologycal assesment and interviewing candidates.
Making report about assessment test and interview result.
Making weekly & monthly recruitment progress report.
Proactively create and develop a "talent pool" by continuing to disseminate job vacancies through various platforms, maintain good relations with parties related to recruitment, maintain good relations with existing candidates or potential candidates.
