- Hold Bachelor's degree from reputable university with A accreditation (min. GPA 3.0)
- Has 2 years of experience as HR Senior Staff handling HR, organization development and people development from Manufacturing industry.
- Conversational to Business level English.
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, and team) deadlines.
- Good understanding and capable to handle personnel administration related with employee e.g contract, transfer, mutation, promotion, succession.
- Preferably experienced in Automotive industry.
