MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Rooms, the Spa and Leisure Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, and maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the Health Club and Spa sections. The position is primarily responsible for achieving maximum guest satisfaction and increasing revenues for the cost center. The Spa and Leisure Manager is also responsible for the general safety and security of guests and colleagues involved in the day to day Health Club and Spa activities in the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Certificate in health or recreational or Spa related with degree/diploma holder
Minimum 02 (two) years of solid work experience in a similar capacity with large scale operation at an international luxury hotel brand
An energetic and vibrant personality with a strong managerial and leadership skill
Excellent knowledge in financial management and marketing strategy for Health Club and Spa
