As a Global Country Manager in Indonesia, you will oversee all business operations within Greater Indonesia with full profit, revenue, finance, and service quality responsibility, with the details as follows:
- Works closely with Global Leaders to develop and execute local Go-To-Market strategy for Company services in Indonesia;
- Develops and controls budgets, financial forecasts, and detailed annual business operating plans;
- Achieve annual growth, sales targets, as well service quality objectives;
- Produces business performance reports to Regional or Global HQ on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
- Expected to recruit and manage local teams, including performance monitoring and coaching;
- Brand Ambassador of the company at the local level, engaged in daily communication with key customers, partners, and industry peers;
- Reports to Global CEO
- Preferably 10+ years of experience, expertise, and deep insight in the digital media, advertising, and marketing industry, excellent network to decision-makers in the advertisement industry;
- A leader with 5+ years of general management experience, sharp business acumen, and social responsibility;
- Degree/Master's Degree from a reputable university is preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, and communication skills;
- Highly creative with excellent analytic abilities to extract and analyze data, make recommendations, and execute toward desired results; goal oriented with a drive to win;
- Ability to negotiate and lead strategic collaborations with multiple partners; experience in directing cross-functional teams.
