- Prior working experience in eCommerce / online retail will be a plus point
Our client is a leading global Fashion Online company in Asia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop customer segmentation strategy which translates to campaign execution across platforms, examples but not limited to email, push notifications, and in-app notifications
- Create and deliver of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews
- Examine the results of email and push initiatives, and use this information to create a longer-term strategy.
- Analyze data management for CRM related
- Setting up the campaigns and data filters within the company’s CRM platform
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of work experience within CRM
- Prior working experience in marketplace is an advantage
- Individual with a solid attention to detail and passion for the internet/ online retail industry
- A proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
