About the Company:

Our client is a leading global Fashion Online company in Asia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer segmentation strategy which translates to campaign execution across platforms, examples but not limited to email, push notifications, and in-app notifications
  • Create and deliver of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews
  • Examine the results of email and push initiatives, and use this information to create a longer-term strategy.
  • Analyze data management for CRM related
  • Setting up the campaigns and data filters within the company’s CRM platform
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience within CRM
  • Prior working experience in marketplace is an advantage
  • Individual with a solid attention to detail and passion for the internet/ online retail industry
  • A proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
