PUR is recruiting Project Manager for Monitoring and Evaluation and looking for an impact-driven individual to monitor and evaluate all the implementation and the data in the field.
As a key member of the Project team, you will report to the Country Manager in Indonesia and be in charge of monitoring, and gathering data of the activities in Indonesia (ex: agroforestry, mangrove, regenerative agriculture, reforestation, conservation, small-scale farmers, livelihood).
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :
A. Project management:
Under the direction of the Country Manager collate and prepare projection and other relevant data for analysis of outreach, impact and risk, and value for money,
Support the team to ensure all relevant data in the system is correct and up to date, Under the direction of the Country Manager,
Prepare material reporting for presentation necessities.
B. Deliverable management : Follow the systems established by the Country Manager to prepare the program for mock audits and ensure continued adherence by the teams by the Company standard, ensure that all work undertaken is using the Country Manager Manual and associated tools.
C. Monitoring, planning and people management :
Actively update the Impact Assessment Tracker, and manage the implementation and administration of simple business model intervention impact assessments allocated to Country Manager
Be responsible for actively keeping good team morale and setting an example of positive team culture,
Be a supportive team member of Country Manager and always put the team above the individual,
Be sensitive to social inclusion including gender equality in the implementation of Country Manager and within the team.
Contribute to capacity-building initiatives for Country Manager and the PUR team
D. Project monitoring:
- A results measurement system in line with Company standard and requirements.
- Intervention Steering Documents for simple business model interventions are updated and used.
- Impact assessment calendars and budgets are in place and monitored.
- Teams produce high-quality results chains and measurement plans for each partnership and execute these plans in a timely and
- That all goods, contracts and services and procured and in line using PUR processes
You know the field and challenges on data or monitoring, you are passionate about sustainability and curious about other type of ecosystems and solutions for biodiversity and climate change mitigation and you want to have a strong impact, this position is for you !
We are looking for a candidate with:
Master's degree in sustainable agriculture, Agronomy or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 5 year-experience of work experience in monitoring and evaluation, results measurement, or research.
Highly proficient in the use of MS-Excel™ for analysis.
Proven attention to detail, ability to work independently, and self-driven in completing tasks.
Proven strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research design and data analysis.
Proven communication skills including interpersonal and written.
Proven skills in statistics & experienced in mobile data collection.
Proven written and verbal skills in Bahasa and English.
