Responsibilities
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- For Indonesian Citizen only
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Diploma in F&B, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
