- Conducting go-to-market strategy through research, and presenting actionable strategies for the launch of their Indonesian business.
- Analyzing and introducing strategies by using various data analytic tools available.
- Introducing strategies and implementing them in order to create market awareness in Indonesia.
- Formulating, recommending and implementing strategies and plans to maximize business targets.
- Providing business recommendations to senior management team.
- Conducting analysis on customer profile, and tracking and reporting important metrics.
- Identifying growth opportunities, leading discussions to advocate the business, and tracking the success of the strategies implemented.
- Leading the alignment with the customer sales team, business development, R&D, and other various stakeholders.
- Collaborating on the development of analyses, forecasting models, and various dashboards to drive key business decisions.
- Leading annual forecasting, budgeting while still ensuring that business adhere to its customer-centric matrix.
- Ensuring that the products that are to be launched are aligned with the market needs, regulators, and that they can resonate with current trends.
- Developing, localising and executing brand strategies through various communication channels (including social media).
The Successful Applicant
This role is opened only to Indonesian with a strong communication in English and Bahasa. The ideal candidate should have passion in the beauty industry. To seize the opportunity to work for a high-profiled company, you should be/have:
- University graduate major with relevant business qualifications / MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting firm or if you have experience in brand/strategic role in the consumer industry (preference in the beauty sector).
- Humble, not title driven and willing to be working independently.
- Track records showing the ability to maintain and build relationship with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a lean team, and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative, analytical, and has the empathy to resonate with the target audience.
- Flexibility to work in both structured and unstructured environment.
- Good team player, ambitious, professional.
- Result-oriented individual with high achievement drive.
