- Managing end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination
- Creating personal improvement plans, training plans, and conducting training needs analysis
- Manage and collaborate with HR teams in company branches around Indonesia
- Create new policies and SOPs to be implemented in the organization
- Working closely with the top management and owner to create new company values and environment building
- Manage, negotiate, work closely with the labor union
A successful candidate must possess:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Master's degree is an added value
- 5-7 years of experience in human resources, minimum 3 years in management
- Experiences in manufacturing industry, textile background is preferred
- Experiences in handling training, organizational development, and performance management
- Experienced in handling large workforce and blue collar workers
- English language ability is a must
- Mandarin speakers are preferred
