Responsibilities:
- Planning all marketing campaigns both offline and online
- Manage and lead inbound content marketing campaign, and analyse the result
- Maintain and improve company website to ensure the company portfolio of products, services, and its brand is represented in line with corporate standards.
- Be responsible with all budget used for marketing activities and report regularly to the CEO
- Work closely with the management teams for product development and content brands
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies as well as develop innovative ideas to bring channels to life and ensure balance between quality and quantity of leads generated is maintained.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in related to digital marketing/product marketing
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
- Experienced using CRM software/automation tools and content marketing
- Knowledge in landing pages, website analytic tools and user funnels
- Solid knowledge about A/B and multivariants experiments
- Proven leadership style and good communication skills dealing with internal and external stakeholder
- Fluent in English for verbal and written is a must
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is highly preferred
