Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with Bancassurance Business and Development Manager to manage program and promotion strategy
- Responsible for managing marketing activities related to Bancassurance business.
- Responsible for collaborating and consolidating with other departments and vendors related to Bancassurance program and activities.
- Responsible for managing, tracking, consolidating usage of SMA (Sales Marketing Allowance)
- Responsible for establishing process flow for customer reward and sales reward tracking and delivery.
- Responsible for coordinating trainings and work together with S&D, Bancassurance products and sales on the concept and implementation of this.
- Responsible for developing incentive schemes for both customers and sales
- Responsible for any project related to marketing/branding of Banc assurance product
- Responsible to ensure all marketing initiatives and communications are still valid including website, digital platform, branch collateral etc.
- Responsible to handle all Audit request and finding related to marketing activities and collaterals.
- Responsible to collaborate and coordinate with internal divisions and marketing team from insurance partners on marketing initiatives.
- Have minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Marketing, Insurance, Banking, or other Financial Industry
- Degree from a reputable local university or overseas with major in Business, Marketing, or Communication
- Have an exposure on Marketing and Event, preferably insurance or banking industry
- Initiative and Creative
- Ability to effectively manage time, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle short deadlines and work under changing condition
- Ability to create creative program with data driven
- Sales driven and resulted oriented.
