Job Description
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, & Operation team to identify problem & opportunity, define and deliver the solution
- Craft and drive product vision & strategy that delivers an outstanding user experience and business impact
- Gather user feedback, pain points and turn those into product requirements.
- Develop roadmaps based on customer feedback, data and market needs.
- Prioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements based on customers needs
- Communicate product plans, context, and results to your teams and the rest of the organization.
- Lead agile product team and development process.
- Work closely with product designers to design user friendly interface for users
- Review user stories to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirements
- Review test scenarios for the improvements, features, and projects to ensure that the delivery is the same as the initial requirement.
- Define and monitor product metrics, familiar with product analytics tools and analysis
- Run experiment and testing to validate hypothesis
You might be a right fit if you:
- Have a strong communication skill, verbal & written.
- Comfortable with ambiguity or a fast changing environment.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Have knowledge and solid experience in quantitative and qualitative user research.
- Have strong knowledge (and direct experience is a plus) on product design: user interface and experience design.
- Hold at least a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System/Technology is a plus.
- Have a good understanding on how technology products work behind the scenes.
- Have experience in agile product development.
- Have prior experience working at a product-based company (big enterprise or start-up), experience in maintaining, building or launching tech products.
- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
