McEasy, Indonesia’s leading web and mobile logistic system, is looking for a Telemarketing Manager to join our ever-growing team.
You will work closely with our Head of Sales, Head of Partnership, Branding Manager, and Marketing Manager to meet the targeted number of sales.
Job Description
- Plan monthly team forecast based on deal focus target of each team member
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management
- Responsible to ensure team member to use and report their daily activity and sales pipeline as accurate and as details as possible
- Responsible to ensure team member understand and align with sales department and company OKR
- Coordinate with service team in monitoring the completion of unit installation
- Coordinate with finance team in monitoring the customer payment progress
- Coordinate with sales admin in monitoring the creation of new sales contract and contract renewal
- Provide any needed support to team member during conference call with their customers
- Build up activities to motivate team members' spirits and align with company values
- Analyze daily team member progress and activity based on CRM report
- Report to Chief Business Officer and Head of Sales regarding OKR progress
- Able to analyze and provide forecast based on CRM data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Telemarketing Manager (mandatory)
- Experienced handling more than 40 telemarketing staffs/salesforces
- Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
- Proactive and initiative behavior at work
- Strong people management and administration skills
- Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
