Responsibilities
1. Guide our consumers and partners in using our products
2. Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
3. Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
4. Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners
5. Support projects from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.

Qualifications
1. D3/S1 any major With a GPA of 2,75
2. Fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position
3. Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
4. Have experience in the customer service area & sales area
5. Energetic and agile
6. Attention to detail, Adaptive to dynamic changes, Sense Of Empathy
7. Has vaccinated 3 dose
