Duties within the framework defined by FB Manager, the hotel’s Policies & Procedures and following the country’s laws and regulations in coordination with the FBM and the various Outlet Managers. He will ensure the smooth running of the following F&B outlets.

- Sky Lounge
- Cafelicious
- Room
- Service
- Mini Bar
- Banquet
- Catering
- Familiar with F& B Hotel business plan (concept and execution)
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position
- Highly motivated, sound communication skill and team player
- Good leadership
