Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Transformation Consultant partners with the IBM Client Engineering team to develop business cases and embed Services capabilities into Minimum Viable Solution development. The responsibility includes:
- Supports business value framing, value realization and orchestration practices of the Client Engineering team
- Develops business cases for follow-on work
- Frames changes to operating models and workflow requirements from MVS
- Embeds Services offering into Client Engineering work
- Has expertise in financial modelling, business case evaluations, business and operations strategy
- Has deep knowledge of Services offerings and can clearly articulate the value prop in the client context
- Leverage industry experience to embed industry trends, pain points, and directions of the marketplace in solution definition
- Applies fundamentals of project management and risk management to support MVS delivery
- Forge a strong working relationship with client and IBM Client Engineering team, helping to establish the IBM team as a trusted partner
- Ability to develop a tactical and strategic understanding of the customer or client business environment and needs
- Has strong communication, visualization and storytelling skills to define and propose solutions and approaches
