- Prepare and execute strategic plan through proper budgeting process.
- Coordinate, review, and approve or reject monthly and annual budget.
- Direct and control the implementation of proper accounting policies.
- Plan and drive cost saving initiatives to achieve financial targets.
- Provide insights and opportunity to grow the business.
- Conduct risk management.
- Managing opex and capex to support efficient usage of fund.
- Conduct profit and cost analyses.
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
- Manages all activities in the accounts payable/receivable function.
- Managing financial key metrics and ensure align with corporate strategy
- Assist the CEO in fundraising activities
- Bachelor degree in any major, majoring in finance is preferred
- 5 years of experience in the finance & accounting area
- Exposures to fundraising process is preferred
- Strong understanding in financial modelling
- Experienced in leading a team, experienced in start up is preferred
