- Conduct monthly inventory taking of food, beverage and other storeroom items.
- Conduct spot check of beverage at the bar.
- Conduct market price survey in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and Kitchen Leader.
- Do monthly costing and ensure prompt submission of all month-end report
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
