- Identify, secure and on-board new channel partners within assigned territories
- Leverage on strong network of partners to generate new business opportunities and identify potential leads - eventually contributing to revenue
- Collaborate and coordinate with partners to brainstorm, create and execute business plans to achieve sales goals
- Evaluate partner performance - advising, consulting and providing them with recommendations and improvements
- Manage and take ownership of sales pipeline
- Active and updated on current market trends - providing insights to partners
- Educate partners about the company's product portfolio, offering solutions based on client's business needs
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Channel Sales roles
- Experience working at an IT Distributor is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - able to professionally collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to develop and nurture strong relationships
- Agile and adaptive individual - able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
