Job Responsibilities :
- Conducting market research to identify prospective clients and to develop good understanding of market requirements
- Developing good technical understanding of products in order to present and explain products to prospective clients
- Acting as point of contact between customers and technology & solution providers
- Arranging business meetings with clients all over Indonesia
- Building good long-term relationships with industry players
- Following up on opportunities and reporting developments to team and partners
- Developing proposals as per client’s expectation to secure business
- Assisting on marketing promotions, participating in exhibitions and industry events
- Fluent in English & Indonesian language
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, agriculture, livestock or related fields
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in animal feed and/or animal farm technology is required
- Market knowledge and good network in pig farming industry is required
- Proactive attitude with good understanding of technical and commercial matters
- Strong sales and customer service mindset
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong follow up skills and target driven
- Solid organizational, planning and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems
