KEY RESULT : Responsible for monitoring. controlling and evaluating all operational stores in the assigned area to achieve set income and profit targets
Main Responsibility
1. Plan and Control Store Operational Activities
- By achieving the company's goals in sales, service, quality, ambience, facilities and sanitation through employee training as well as creating a positive, productive work environment
- By managing store operation activities related to budget planning, shift schedule, and supervising selling activities as policy & procedures
- By ensuring that all beverages, food and other products are well prepared and served consistently according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
- By ensuring that all equipment remains clean and stored in excellent conditions through personal inspection or store's prevention maintenance programs
- By ensuring that employee performance assessment regulations are followed and completed in a timely manner
- By organizing the work schedule required by the business activities while ensuring that all staff is available when required according to the objectives of labor costs
- By ensuring that all customer feel welcome and providing responsive, friendly and proper service everytime
- By ensuring that all products received in the correct number of quantity & conditions as well as the delivery are done according to policies and procedures
- By making decisions consistently in accordance with the Operation Manager's Guidelines for approval or as a review
- By supporting store managers in implementing the company's programs to meet operational and organizational objectives
- By providing up to date market and customer trend information to Store Management team
- By preparing all necessary documents, including forms, reports and schedules on a regular and timely basis
- By controlling cash and other receipts as following cash handling procedures in accordance with applicable restaurant policies and procedures
- By understanding and implementing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs in store
- By responsible for development of store's staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
- By directing and supervising team members as well as evaluating the staff based on working performance and optimizing team to be more effective and efficient
