In this role your responsibilities may include:
Technical Capability
- Develop knowledge of the firm’s processes and practices and support colleagues with administration and processes.
- Effectively manage information and data and provide an accurate and professional service to clients.
- Escalate issues with suggestions when they are beyond the boundaries of your expertise.

- Establish cooperative relationships with your client group, asking questions to understand their needs and to check understanding.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to client requests and queries.
