Application Lab and Evaluation Specialist (Fragrance) in Indonesia - Your future position?
Being an Application Lab and Evaluation Specialist in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will run the Fragrance Application laboratory in the production of application samples as well as evaluation for the creation of winning perfumes. You will report directly to Fragrance Director and in this exciting role you also will:
- Prepare application samples: you will prepare application samples as requested for customer briefs.
- Support the evaluation: you will prepare the sample, managing and selecting the collection for the projects from the gallery of collections.
- Ensure accurate and timely application samples & illustration requested by stake holders: you will ensure that laboratory is well equipped and maintained to support the development, market research and sales team.
- Organize and manage laboratory: you will responsible to manage the resources (team) in the lab, ensure the workflow, keep the neat and run smoothly.
- Support trouble-shooting: you will work to solve perfume stability issues with good communication with internal clients (perfumers & CFMs) and external clients.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in preferably from science major.
- 3+ years' working experience in the similar role from the same industry, preferably in fragrance house, personal care, cosmetic, toiletries or home care, either as a supplier or a manufacturer.
- Having a good laboratory experience handling chemical.
- Having a good interest in smelling or evaluation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to multi-task, possess coordination skills, find solutions and take decisive actions to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented
