- Create animation sequences as assigned and directed by the Supervisor / Director
- Produce good quality work - using well planned thought process
- Manage work quotas and deliver assigned work responsibilities based on workflow and scheduleTrain, mentor or supervise the work of entry animator
- Passionate about 3D
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 3D animation
- Advance skills in using Blender/Cinema 4D is a must
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to work through an iterative process
- Remain current and up-to-date on applicable animation techniques and software's
- Ability to improve and optimize existing 3D assets and textures
- Ability to create new high quality 3D assets and textures from concept art
- Good understanding of composition, color, shading, lighting, post-processing is a plus
- Ability to prirotize and demonstrate flexibility when handling multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
