Position Objective/Expectation

- FAT

Job Responsibilities

- Control Accounting & Tax activities
- Develop work plan for Accounting Tax Dept.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit and Compliance department to review and prepare SOP accordingly
- Develop KPI for each role in the department, monitor the achievement and provide feedback regularly for each individual in the department
- Do monitoring for company's bookkeeping records and routine tax report carried out by team to be precise and accurate
- Ensure every financial report and tax payment is available periodically (monthly-yearly)
- Monitor and supervise the receivables and other income paid to by external parties
- Ensure work process in the department is aligned and as standard procedure and in accordance with government regulation
- Ensure the validity of financial transactions carried out by corporate
- Coordinate with vendors for audit and tax office
- Other responsibilities as needed

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Accounting & Tax Manager including min. 3 years in Property Developer
・Good understanding of PSAK
・Willing to travel if needed (Jabodetabek), pref. own a car
・Experienced in doing audit and liaising with consultant and tax office
・Good leadership, good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, pro active, good analytical skill
