Windows 10
Microsoft Windows Server
Microsoft O365 environment : Office, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Share point
Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge
Have a good knowledge with MS Excel and Power Point is an additional point.
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Have a good administrative skill to maintain internal IT Document and Software license.
