Your role:
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be part of a growing team in our Jakarta office and work closely with several teams such as Sales, Integrations, Support & Product. Your goal is to develop and extend our relationships with our partners to help improve Adjust's market position and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with your assigned partner accounts - ie social media platforms, ad networks, media agencies, and analytics/data companies - and develop strategic business development initiatives
- Work closely with local Sales Teams to generate healthy pipeline for net new logos via partner channel
- Lead joint partner-planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Educate and update our partners about the Adjust platform on a regular basis
- Initiate strategic conversations and regular cadence with key platform and agency partners
- Coordinate across various functions like support, service and management to meet partners' objectives and expectations
- Min. 4 years experience in mobile ad tech ecosystem
- An established network in the SEA AdTech market (Agencies, Networks, Ad Platforms, Analytics Partners and Cloud Providers)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Any other SEA language would be a plus
- Time management and organizational skills
- Previous Partnerships experience or experience in a Saas environment is a plus
- Technical experience in the mobile industry is a plus
