- Creating and building the HR function for Indonesia
- Becoming an active business partner for the managing director in Indonesia
- Handling end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination
- Creation, formation, and implementation of policies in accordance to Indonesian labor law
- Work closely with regional HR to align and assimilate the HR policies and company standards
- Talent management and ensuring that the company's compensation and benefits are align with market structure and complimentary to the organization's responsibility
- Develop good relationships with staffs on all level
- Create and forecast the budget for HR function
Requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor's degree from a related major and/or human resources certification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources generalist function, 2 years in managerial level
- Experienced in using and creating HRIS, formation of new policies, and adaptation of a new labor law
- Previous experience in a multinational company and in matrix organization
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good communication skills
- Candidate will be working in a multinational environment on a matrix organization
