Basic Client Services:
- Generate regular Meta x Clients Regular checkpoint reports.
- Supporting our CSM on providing technical consultation for advertisers.
- Support troubleshooting issues, Campaign troubleshooting and Digital Assets troubleshooting, following up with internal and external parties.
- Support with internal administrative duties to streamline servicing of large advertisers
- Create Brand Lift Study and Conversion Lift Study reporting using internal Meta tools
- Campaign and insight analysis to enhance advertisers marketing performance on the social media platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as digital marketer, either in agency or advertiser company.
- Knowledge of Meta (social medias) application and advertising solutions from Meta.
- Client service or business development experience working with clients / external party is preferred
- Capability to create a technical proposal and deliver client presentations would be a plus.
- Proficiency in business english and bahasa Indonesia
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
