- Respond to and complete tenant request regarding engineer activities based on quality service and in a time manner
- Doing fit out checklist
- Handle preventive maintenance tasks on physical structure, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Monitor quality assurance activity within handover process
- Manage and develop team
- Make quotation for vendor.
- Make report regarding engineering.
- Make prepare database regarding engineering.
- Another task as assigned
・Male, maximum age of 45 years
・Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
・At least 5 years including as asst manager of working experience in the related field
・Have work experience as Chief Engineer at least 1 year
・Required Skill(s): mechanical, engineering, plumbing, construction, quality control, property management
・Have knowledge about making plan for building operational (especially for shopping area)
・Could understand how to minimalize energy consumption
・Have knowledge preventive and corrective maintenance
・Have knowledge regarding quality of vendor/subcontractor
・Good leadership and team player
・High Integrity
・Computer literature
