Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and direct all aspects of branch operations, grow the investments of the branch and coach other bankers. This position also requires to create strategies to ensure that yearly targets are met, prepare reports to the superiors and create and maintain relationships with clients.
Duties
- Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
- Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
- Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well being.
- Carry out sales activities in accordance with the action plan/strategy that has been determined and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Drives business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
- Coaches to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being.
- Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience.
- Coaches team to confidently engage with customers in technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being.
- Leads effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline with 5+ years of work experience.
- Possess diverse investment and market views to offer a concise and consolidated view of events so as to give the appropriate recommendation and guidance to clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Have a wide network, strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels.
- A team player with good initiatives & assertiveness.
- Strong in marketing, sales, management planning, financial, leadership and project management.
- Strong relationship management, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills at all levels within or outside the organization.
- MBA or other master’s degree is a plus.
