- Handling and supervising the team that handle the entirety of the corporate secretarial matters of the company
- Corporate secretary - which relates to company restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) transactions and Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
- Supervise and help execute independent legal research, across many different areas of the law and industry, including financial and lending activities, to the relevant authorities e.g. Bank Indonesia, Financial Service Authority (OJK), and the relevant ministry to the company's business
- Preparatory Comitee for Initial Public Offering of the company, and all documents related
- Coordinate and supervise team for digitalize the documentation in regards to company secretarial matters
- Preparatory Comitee for restructuring organization of the company (i.e. compile SOP and JobDesc)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related scope of work
- Experienced upon handling managerial level type of work, specialized in corporate secretarial or equivalent
- Familiar with Corporate Secretarial matters (Annual Report, Bappepam/ IDX reporting).
- Having good knowledge about the updated regulations in Indonesia
