The Role
Prospera, in support of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE), Ministry of Finance, is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide information technology developers to support DGCE in the bugs fixing and maintenance of the Customs-Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA) 4.0.

About You
To undertake the assignment, the Consultant must:
1. Financially sound and have been operational for at least three years in providing ICT consultancy services and conducting system development and maintenance of medium to large-scale ICT solutions, preferably in public organisation in developing countries.
2. Provide highly qualified personnel with strong academic background and relevant professional certifications (preferred) as well as extensive practical experience to deliver similar tasks as required under the TOR. Project team members must have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver outputs under time pressure.
3. Provide work portfolios as a showcase of previous work to demonstrate strong capabilities to deliver the expected outputs within the expected timeline.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
