Responsibilities:
Support upcoming peak season preparation in Bali for the End Year Holiday Season through:
- Support the incentive program education to hosts
- Supply the Supply Retention daily BAU activities [availability, price change, requested booking reminder to hosts, host education for new hosts].
- Manage host performance [rejection rate, fulfillment rate, cancellation, incentive calculation].
- Work with Account Management team in Bali and other cities to assist host needs and fulfill other inquiries.

Requirements:
- Have just graduate or currently pursuing bachelor Degree in any related field
- Have a passion in a tech or e-commerce company and sales,
- Great communication and interpersonal skills,
- Great attention to detail,
- A fast learner with a good analytical and planning skill,
- Familiar with cars or automotive
- Familiar with google works especially spreadsheet
