- Implementation of PAM CyberArk across Operating System (Redhat), Application, and their Database
- ISO Audit (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Penetration Testing (on all systems including infra, apps, as well as managing vendor who will conduct the pentest)
- Resolving Audit issues
- Antivirus updates
- Service Management (ticketing)
- Working closely with stakeholders (group company, vendor, and internal team) team in the establishment, maintenance, upgrades of IT Security
- Reporting to VP of IT Security & Governance
To be a successful IT Security Operations Senior Manager, you must have experience in Access Management and SOC Management especially in the banking industry, as well as experience in managing teams.
- 7 years experience in IT Security, with 3 years of experience managing a team in IT Security Operation (especially in the Banking industry)
- Experience in Access Management (Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management) and Security Operations/SOC.
- A good grasp on IT Security Operation concepts such as: risk management, IT Security Audit, IT Security Vendor Management, Disaster Recovery Plan, Business Continuity Plan
- Possess attitudes that show adaptability, decisiveness, resilient, and committed to learning.
