Food & Beverage Captain
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food and beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge while overseeing the daily food and beverage opartions in your outlet ensure guests feel unique and valued.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure an overall smooth operation throughout your outlet
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Provide motivation and support to all team members
- Provide support to your outlet management team as required
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous supervisory experience an asset
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proven leadership, motivational, decision making, and problem solving skills
