Role
To support our growth, we are looking for an UX Designer to join our team in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the experience design of Lending SaaS products (both PC & mobile) serving borrowers, originators, funders.
- Lead the end-to-end experience. able to define design goals according to business goals, and plan design roadmaps.
- Responsible for the overall work from problem defining, design research, identifying opportunities, design strategy; decision making, design execution, to implementation and iteration to ensure the usability and aesthetics of the product.
- Have a systematic understanding of business market trends, user needs, data feedback, and experience measurement methods, which can effectively optimize product experience in order to achieve business goals.
- Have strong and systematic design skills and knowledge base; be able to lead the team to summarize and precipitate design methods, optimize the process, and promote the improvement of the team's professional ability.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in design/HCI or related areas; more than 5 years’ experience of building
- and shipping high quality experience for business-facing digital products.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa, Extreme attention to detail, working in an agile manner and adapt to changing conditions
- Familiar with various design principles and common design patterns, and be able to comprehensively use user research, competitive product analysis, data analysis and other methods to design: product information architecture, user flow, interface layout, and design guidelines, etc.
- Have strategic product thinking with experience to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact on users and the business.
- 0-1 design experience is preferred.
