- Act as the bridge between the company and the clients
- Provide support and solutions regarding the clients’ issues
- Ensure the users are able to use Jurnal and adopt it to their business
- 1-2 years of related working experience as Accounting / Auditor. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Excellent in communication and training skills
- Result oriented and proactive in problem solving
- Exposure in startups / well-known accounting firms, or
- Fresh graduates with outstanding achievements
