Responsibility
- Delivery weekly project status update to on Infra team weekly catch-up with other Infra team member. Track status of project deliveries and milestones to baseline schedule.
- supervise and work with telco vendor related to BAU and project
- supervise and monitor / collaborate with all vendor engineers who are remote/standby onsite at DBSI office
- collaborate and deliver support to others SU/BU unit related to BAU and project (collaboration with infra-team). Collaborate with apps and business team as part of project/enhancement activity
- Able to coordinate and attend discussion such as CCB, RPCCB, investigate “issue”, users initiative, so on with others SU/BU unit as network representative
- Follow-up and resolve any pending incident ticket that is assigned to network unit
- Documentation and provide High level Design and Low level Design for DBS Network. Communicate and liaise with SG – counterpart for following up anything related to network and infra related.
- Work as team and independent including making decision if-needed
- Support and back up senior manager for any task that need to be follow-up
- Maintain SOP, SOW, work with governance to manage audit internal, external and regulatory
- Monitor and supervise any periodically activity such as ISCD / security health check, preventive maintenance, capacity planning, calculate budget/cost, etc. Manage update patch and NVA (if any)
- Cover and participate standby shift with other network team member to monitor troubleshoot / CR activity anytime if-needed
- Review any request of DNS/GTM, SLB/LTM, IP Public Whitelisting, Firewall, etc.
- Work effective and has attitude of cooperative, ownership, proactive, responsibility, supportive, responsive
- Update inventory periodically (including rack layout, hardware and software inventory)
- SU/BU unit is all DBS stakeholders such as Indonesia, Sg, other countries. Network device is consist of switch, router, firewall, f5, Infoblox, ISE , WLC .
- Work with Vendor and related parties for new or renewal contract. Handling infra contracts with PIC (Infra, ITVM, GPS, Legal, Vendor) for RFx, CMP, MCR, Quotation, PO, Order Form, Agreement.
- Coordinate with PIC infra (SA, Network, Desktop, Asset, Data Center) to update the monthly report slide and the country infra – Indo monthly meeting to make sure the report/slides are updated on time
- Join TRF meeting on time, to update the contract status and explain the infra contract status
- Nice to have experience handling IT Infrastructure project such Windows/Linux, Firewall migration, F5 P2V, AIX, Network setup and migration, server, storage, S3, databases, cloud technology – GCP, MicroServices, OraclePrivate Cloud, Carrier Wan Technology, Network Design, Solution architect, OpenShift and other cutting-edge technology.
- Network qualification from well-known vendors.
- Individual should be motivated and team player.
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
