- To prepare in detail all food production for the Hotel’s requirements and ensure a total smooth running of the operation as instructed by CDP
- Help CDP to prepares his/her production in line with level of activity and revised forecasts
- Ensures the smooth running of food preparation during the shift
- Ensures effective coordination between section in all kitchen and the different F&B points of sale
- Directly involved for the implementation of any menu for "à la carte" and buffet items with the guidance of CDP
- Creates and presents the dishes in line with cooking instructions and supervisor's instructions
- Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items according to storage guidelines
- responsible to maintain the highest standard of dishes prepared as per establish standards
