What Will You Do:
- Responsible for making recommendations to the borrower for new, renewal and extension loans to approve or deny the extension of credit
- Reviews customer accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate and determine the appropriate course of action on potential credit quality issues in order to maximize credit quality and minimize risk and potential loss to the company
- Become layer to approval credit and give more detail and recommendation about loan application
- Ensure adherence to the laid down policies and procedures for the smooth running of the division
- Minimum 3 years in related experience
- Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing clients
- Giving feedback and recommendation about current procedural and policy whether implementable or having the gaps
- Identify & provide feedback on potential risk and implement the proposed solutions
- Designing and driving implementation of credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Review the validity of the collateral
- Making data report for inquiry needed
- Liaise with relationship managers and other departments
- Strong credit analysis and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis
- Able to read a financial statement
- Attention to details
- Having experience in multi finance/ P2P lending/ banking
