Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Customer relationship and issue management
- Customer / contract opportunity development and risk identification
- Synchronizing Customer and Contract events / demand with Primary Support Providers and PS service strategy
- Contract financial and contractual performance
- Cash collection, receivables management and concessions administration
- Contract technical / maintenance compliance and service fulfilment strategy
- At least 5 years experience with Aero Gas Turbines or high-technology machinery: Inquiry to Order (ITO) support & ITO-OTR (Order to Remittance).
- Power Services Parts, Repairs & Service (PR&S) offerings and fulfilment
- Equipment operations/maintenance/overhaul/upgrade requirements and recommendations
- Upgrades, Emergent Work offerings and fulfilment
- ITO) support & ITO-OTR handover
- Assessments and mitigation strategies for commercial and fulfilment risk
- Multi-Year Agreements and Transactional contract interpretation and management
- Aero gas turbines and controls system experience;
- Customer focused: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill;
- Affluent knowledge of commercial, finance, legal and related regulations and law;
- Proficiency in English and computer application skills;
- Lean certified is preferred
- A good teamwork leader in a dynamic, energetic and complex environment, equipped with quick learning capability and ownership;
- Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure
