- Analyze and coordinate the process of identifying the needs of users for goods or services, especially strategic procurement to be able to understand user needs and to obtain goods / services as needed to support company operational activities
- Coordinating and searching for prospective new vendors / suppliers to meet the needs of company activities.
- Coordinating the management of finding new vendors to meet the needs of procurement operations.
- Involved in the implementation of tenders / beauty contests from the preparation of tender documents to the preparation of tender evaluation results to find selected vendors that match the criteria
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in an equivalent position (preferably having experience in the same field / procurement)
- Strong competencies in Procurement Management, Negotiation Skills, Contract Management, and Legal Compliance
