- Plan and oversee the overall life cycle of admission processes for new students
- Initiate, organise and host prospective students visit including inside tour when applicable
- Oversee the systematic and efficient handling of applications including liaising with other departments and schools as necessary
- Be the school ambassador representing the institution and work closely with marketing and communications team to boost application and enrolment numbers
- Monitor and manage the process of receiving, responding to following up on all enquiries, in a timely, efficient and personalised way
- Represent the institution at various gatherings and conferences both nationally and internationally
- Handling re-enrolment of current students for the succeeding year and oversee the withdrawal process for leaving students, including all paperwork
- Evaluate continually and redesign where appropriate all aspects of the admissions programme with the goal of maintaining a capacity enrolment of qualified students.
- Create and manage admission budget
- Maintain and develop admissions materials
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant experience in the field of general management or business administration
- Strong leadership capability to lead a team to achieve goals and multiple agenda with firm deadlines which includes convincing high level senior leadership teams in solving the problems and navigating the challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external parties
- High level of organisational competency and ability to work independently, which includes developing and maintaining productive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Good level of computer literacy using various tools such as Google Suites (doc, sheet, slide, form etc) as well as a good level of understanding of CRM software such as salesforce
