Job Description
- Lead commercial planning, deployment, execution and tracking of Sales Ops priorities
- Find new sales opportunity to improve sales performance metrics
- Be responsible for creating detailed business analysis, outline the problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business
- Create Monthly Deployment and Strategies for our sales team.
- Create dashboard metrics and monitor sales performance Provide data needed for sales project
- Be involved in effective sales planning and Continuously improve NWP to simplify & drive productivity to optimize results and profitability
- Build right KPI structure that will over-deliver the goal and spend as per budget
- Travel to the branch at least 1x/month: insight from the best / Bad branch
- Steal & reapply: learn best execution/strategy, structure it and expand fast
- At least 3 years of working experience in Sales planning, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking & operational skill
- Expert in project management skill
- Strong collaboration both in top level and branch team
- Sharp business acumen with an excellent ability to manage and monitor business analytics processes
- An understanding of sales processes Have minimum 2 yearsExperience as Team lead will be a plus
- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
