- Coordinates with related parties in analyzing HRIS needs for HR operational systems
- Making outreach about changes to the application or new HRIS applications
- Creates manual guide for using the HRIS application
- Creates HRIS application testing scripts
- Testing application / HRIS changes
- Monitores the stability of HRIS or system changes or HRIS (error logs, etc.)
- Monitores data integration process related to the HRIS system
- Bachelor degree in IT / System Information (minimum GPA 2.75)
