- Overseeing both the operations and strategic management of Human Resources practices within the organization
- Partner with leadership stakeholders to identify key areas of improvement to warrant an effective HR's best practices
- Planning, identify, and implement HR activities related to recruitment, performance management, people development, compensation & benefits,and industrial relations
- Initiate culture activation within the company, identify values related to company's vision and mission and align these across all levels
- Oversee compliance in relation with Indonesia employment law, making sure company complies to its practices
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
In order for you to succeed in this role, you would have:
- At least 10+ years of experience in leadership role with balanced-mix of handling the management of HR operations and strategic practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership stakeholders
- Strong people person personality
- Experienced in driving cultural change within a diverse age cohort
- Well-rounded knowledge of handling industrial relation matters, strive to act as third party on behalf of organizations and employees to nurture a good relationship in between
